What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, the dates and guests for your stay, and anything you tell us in a message.

How we use it

We use it to take and manage your booking, send you check-in details, and answer your questions. We don't sell your details or send marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Hospitable, the system we use to manage bookings and guest messages. Anthropic, who provide the AI behind our chat assistant. Stripe, who take card payments; we never see or store your card number. Our own cleaning and maintenance team, only as far as they need for your stay.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually six years, then deleted.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, and Meta for our adverts) if you click Accept on the cookie banner. They tell us which pages people visit and whether our adverts lead to bookings. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Booking and payment pages use only the cookies needed to work.

The chat assistant

The chat on this website is an AI assistant run by Bnbly, powered by Anthropic. We keep what you type, the replies, the page you started on and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, so our team can follow up and improve the answers. If you leave your name, phone number or email in the chat, we use them to get back to you. Chats are deleted after 12 months. Please don't type card details or anything sensitive into the chat.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us. Weston Holidays is run by A S K B Property Ltd.
