Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once you have paid in full by card on this website. We email your confirmation straight away. Prices include all fees shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date and we'll refund you in full. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or call us.

If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, please contact us. We'll always try to rebook your dates and refund you if we can.

Your stay

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The lead guest must be 18 or over. Please stay within the number of guests you booked for.

All our apartments are non-smoking (including vaping) and we don't allow pets, parties or events. Extra cleaning or damage beyond normal use may be charged.

Changes and problems

If something isn't right during your stay, tell us straight away and we'll put it right. If we ever have to cancel your booking, we'll refund you in full.
